Cooper Choral Program:

The Crooners and The Crescendos, 6th Grade Choruses
The Choraliers (7th & 8th Grade Girls) and The Chromatics (7th & 8th Grade Boys)
The Cooper Chorus is part of the academic grade for students in the class. Chorus meets twice per week during home base time (p.6 for 6th grade and p.9 for 7th and 8th grade). Students will still be in home base three days per week. Although chorus only meets twice each week, the class counts toward the student’s G.P.A. and is a commitment, in addition to being fun.

The Dynamics are directed by Mrs. Jennifer Deethardt. 6th/7th/8th Grade Choir is directed by Mrs. Jennifer Stash. Mrs. Stash also music directs the Spring Musical. Students in chorus will learn how to sing properly, improve their singing voice, gain confidence in performing, and gain musicianship skills through sightreading and singing harmonies. Chorus students are required to bring a pencil to class every day and will be provided a folder to keep music in, which they will keep in class and also need each day.
