Kevin has supported fellow staff members as a leader in the District 21 Education Association (DEA), most recently serving as its president.

Matthew has served in his current role since 2012. Franklin Fine Arts Center is a K-8 magnet school in the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) system. Matthew has received his National Board Certification as a teacher and has served as a teacher assistant and teacher in CPS.

In addition to the assistant principalships that were announced for 2016-2017, Glen Michelini, who has served as the School District 21 Maintenance Manager, has been named as the new Director of Operations, and this appointment is effective immediately.
